Northeast Paving seeks a Quality Control Technician to perform rigorous materials testing for asphalt products on construction projects in the Pittsburgh area. This hourly, full-time role requires inspecting plant processes, sampling materials, and ensuring conformance to DOT and project specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years field and plant testing experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plant and jobsite materials to ensure QC standards.
• Sample and test asphalt materials per standard methods.
• Document test results and communicate with plant staff.
• Review mix designs against project specs.
• Prepare QC reports and recommendations.
