Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; chemistry or materials-related degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of lab or QC experience preferred.
• Basic chemistry, measurement, and safe material handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify quality as per specs.
• Accurately record test results and observations in quality records.
• Identify out-of-spec results and communicate to supervisor.
• Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records and keep instruments calibrated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
• Occasionally work in manufacturing areas or field-test environments.
