Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a QC Technician to join our team. In this role you will ensure that all products meet Pepsi Cola North America specifications and support continuous improvement of beverage quality on the production floor.

You will perform micro blend operations, test finished products, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with a fast-paced team to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency across our NC, SC, MD, and DE territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year production or technical experience.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Background in chemistry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and analytical thinking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs micro blend operation.
• Operates, monitors, and makes adjustments on the blending equipment to assure product quality.
• Tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup.
• Monitors production lines for beverage quality.
• Calibrates equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
