All Weather Architectural Aluminum in Vacaville, CA is hiring a Quality Control Technician to develop and maintain a QMS. The role involves inspecting materials, testing products, conducting in-process and final audits, and driving continuous improvements in quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years of quality control experience preferred.
• Window industry experience strongly preferred.
• Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety rules, including performing duties while wearing proper PPE.
• Ensure products & materials meet quality specifications and standard work methods are followed.
• Oversees daily water tests on randomly selected windows.
• Analyze data and prepare various records and reports.
• Responsible for managing testing equipment.
• Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork.
• Work closely with Shift Supervisors and Engineers to resolve specification issues.
• Train production teams in quality control processes to maintain high quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
