KOBELCO ALUMINUM AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS LLC is seeking a QA Technician to ensure final product quality at the end of the production process. The role involves visual and dimensional inspections, documenting results, and communicating feedback to management and engineering.

You will work with forging, casting, and EP teams after training, using metrology tools and maintaining QAD records. Candidate should have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow SOPs while

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive sector preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive components and terminology preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Able to read scrap codes and transfer parts using PuTTY.

Mansioni

• Approve final product after production; perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Document inspection results and provide feedback to management and engineering.
• Work on the floor with forging, casting, and EP personnel after training.
• Operate metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators.
• Maintain QAD system usage for locating, transferring, and labeling parts.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety PPE rules.
