Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in aggregates or related testing field.
• Basic understanding of open-pit quarry operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.
• MSHA certification and aggregates testing qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily representative samples of products produced or sold.
• Run physical and chemical tests per applicable standards (ASTM, AASHTO, DOT).
• Review and log test results in the QC database.
• Adjust blend parameters with operations to meet specifications.
• Travel to customer sites to collect samples and resolve issues.
• Ensure third-party testing is completed timely and documented.
