Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires two years of experience in quality control.
• Must understand process controls and SPC rules.
• Must read, comprehend, and act on product specifications, SOPs, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs tests such as particle size distribution, acid essay, titrations, pH, and wavelength scans to measure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets data, evaluates processes, communicates necessary adjustments to maintain conformity.
• Collaborates with production leadership to investigate and resolve quality problems.
• Maintains equipment, ensures calibration, and documents calibration results per QMS.
• Supports QC Analytical Lab Technicians and complies with ISO, HACCP, and related requirements.
