Job summary

Northern Gold Foods (USA) seeks a Quality Control Technician for our Junction City facility. The schedule is 10 hours per shift, four days a week, with overtime as needed to meet production demands.

You will monitor, sample, and test products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications, verify sanitation activities, and collaborate with production staff on day-to-day operations to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and organizational skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, sample, and test products to ensure quality and customer specifications.
• Verify sanitation activities, including preoperational inspections and corrective actions.
• Liaise with production personnel and supervisors on day-to-day activities.
• Resolve complaints with customers/consumers; report root causes and improvements.
• Investigate, trend, analyze and report complaints quarterly.
