Job summary

Unimacts Global in Sloan, NV is seeking a Quality Control Technician for 2nd Shift (3:30PM-2:00AM). You will inspect, test, and measure products using analytical equipment and hand gauges, ensure adherence to customer specs, and participate in process audits to drive continuous improvement.

This role supports our US plant and local supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma (associate degree a plus), 1 year in manufacturing quality, familiarity with gauges,

Qualifications

High school diploma; associate degree is a plus.
At least 1 year as a Quality Technician in manufacturing.
Steel rolling experience preferred.
Familiar with gauges, Lean, Six Sigma; ERP/mfg software helpful.
Ability to read drawings; GD&T interpretation a must.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong asset.
Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Quality assurance: inspect, test, and measure products with gauges and equipment.
Maintain equipment to validate adherence to specs.
Document and report audit findings accurately.
Conduct process audits with maintenance/production teams.
Support safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform incoming material inspections to ensure quality.
