Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a quality assurance associate for our mats production line. You will perform quality checks, verify labeling, and ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

The role requires reliable attendance, following written and spoken instructions, and collaboration with team members, vendors, and visitors to maintain high product quality in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform quality checks on mats during the production process for defects, correct dimensions, color, and durability.
• Must be able to ensure products are labeled correctly.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to meet or exceed company quality standards.
• Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Must comply with company processes and procedures.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.

• Must perform job duties in variable weather conditions, including hot weather.
• Must ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises.
