Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control or product testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow quality standards, testing procedures, and work instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Stable employment history—no significant job-hopping within the last 5–6 years.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine quality inspections and product testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Inspecting finished products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Identifying defects, inconsistencies, or other quality concerns during the production process.
• Documenting inspection and testing results accurately.
• Reporting product defects or quality issues to supervisors and production team members.
• Following established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
