ADM’s Ashburn, GA facility is seeking a Quality Control team member for a non-exempt role. This position requires rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $16.50 hourly with a $1.50 night differential.

The role involves collecting and documenting peanut grade results, performing quality checks, and ensuring safety and attendance. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k with match, life insurance, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team mindset.

• Safety focus and adherence to ADM safety procedures and PPE.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain excellent attendance and be observant.
• Able to work above ground level on grated flooring and climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on peanut processing according to rules and customer specifications.
• Maintain safe work record with a positive attitude.
• Maintain production rates and communicate with plant personnel.
• Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Complete sanitation duties and required paperwork.
• Conduct daily inspections and report problems.
• Perform maintenance and sanitation on machines as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
