Formulate Labs is seeking a Quality Control Technician for an on-site, full-time role in St. Louis, MO. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods to ensure quality and safety.

About The Role

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the products manufactured in our facility meet defined specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

This is a hands-on, on-site role within our production environment. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods. Your work directly impacts product consistency, customer trust, and operational excellence.

We are building modern, automation-driven manufacturing systems -- but quality still depends on disciplined execution and attention to detail. This role is critical to maintaining high standards as we scale.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in St. Louis, Missouri.
