Job summary

SINTX Technologies, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Analyst to join a small, dynamic QC team supporting medical device and aerospace products under strict regulatory controls. You will apply precision measuring instrumentation (CMM, optical systems, material testers) to confirm conformance before release.

You will partner with Production, QA, and Engineering to drive product quality, investigate issues, and suggest process improvements to reduce variability and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in relevant Quality Control position.
• Ability to follow written and verbal protocols and instructions.
• Prolonged sitting, walking, and standing.
• Some locations may be dusty and/or noisy and required PPE such as ear plugs, gloves, face mask, eye protection, etc.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

This position provides critical quality control analysis as part of a small, dynamic, and influential Quality Control team for the company’s unique and highly regulated Medical Device and Aerospace products (21 CFR, ISO 13485, AS 9100). The person filling this role will leverage their expertise in precision measuring instrumentation, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Optical/Vision Systems, Material Testing Machines, Surface and Hardness Testers, etc. to release products to market or material to production. This person may be called on to partner with Production, Quality Assurance, and/or Engineering and provide insights for process improvement or issue resolution.

Skills Required

• Ability to follow written and verbal protocols and instructions
• Dedication to performing high-quality work within time constraints
• QC machinery use (preferred)

Experience Required

• 1-3 years in relevant Quality Control position
• QC machinery (preferred)
• Laboratory, manufacturing floor, and office.
• Some locations may be dusty and/or noisy and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, face mask, eye protection, etc.
• Prolonged sitting, walking, and standing.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education/Knowledge Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
