Quality Control Specialist

Location: Boyertown, PA | Pay: $18-$20/hr | Full-Time | 2nd Shift| Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Retirement, Life Insurance

Schedule & Pay

• Mon-Fri 5:30-4:00 AM
• Training Required on 1st Shift
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and document quality issues, working with production teams to implement corrective actions that improve efficiency.
• Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures to reduce defects and improve consistency.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance product safety, streamline processes, and improve overall quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate quality records and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and consistency.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant production or inspection experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and meters.
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable transportation required.
