Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure our concrete products meet high quality standards. You will test concrete samples, monitor production quality, and help develop mix designs.

The role involves visiting job sites, collaborating with customers and teams, and maintaining lab equipment. Candidates should be capable of outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Iowa DOT Level II certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Test concrete samples (air, slump, moisture, etc.).
• Monitor daily production for quality.
