Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix in Fairfield, IA is seeking dependable CDL Truck Drivers to operate ready‑mix trucks, deliver concrete to local job sites, and support safety and efficiency on every shift.

You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, comply with DOT regulations, and work a local schedule with overtime opportunities; full benefits offered.

Paid weekly, holiday and PTO accrual, and company match retirement plans; eligibility starts on day one.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Previous truck driving or ready-mix/construction experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
