Ideal Ready Mix is hiring dependable CDL Drivers to join our team as Ready-Mix Truck Drivers. You will drive locally, deliver concrete to job sites, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections while adhering to DOT and company safety rules.

The role offers competitive hourly wages with overtime opportunities, weekly pay, full benefits, and holidays/PTO to start from day one in this local, home-every-night position.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in truck driving or ready-mix/construction preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
