Compensation: $17 - $22/hour (DOE)

Position Summary:
The Quality Control team is a highly trained group of designers and technical specialists that plays an essential role in the solar installation process. The Quality Control Technician is the main point of contact for Regional Installation Managers and Installation crews with design-related questions, and they will be expected to communicate directly with our field employees, sales reps, customers, and Design team to troubleshoot installation issues in the field and coordinate in-office work to keep the installation on track. Quality Control Technicians are also responsible for triaging all failed final inspections, calling out and scheduling correction work, and verifying completed corrections.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
