You and the team will work together to hit production targets for the shift and provide feedback on ways to make the operation safer and more productive every day!
The Machinist position is responsible for the set-up and operation of various types of CNC machine shop equipment inclusive of, but not limited to, CNC lathes, CNC mills, etc. to produce complex, tight tolerance products. The individual in this role will actively participate in documentation creation and review, solving machine and part problems, maintaining a high productivity rate and constantly striving to improve productivity. Additionally, they will advise on, set-up, operation, and maintenance. The successful candidate must be an individual who can multi-task and perform various machine shop related activities, in a manner that complies with all company requirements and ISO/AS9100 standards with little supervision.

Shift:
The Blacklick, Ohio facility operates on a 4x10 schedule with two shifts:
1 st shift: Monday thru Thursday, 5am-3:30pm
2 nd shift: Monday thru Thursday, 3pm-1:30am; this shift qualifies for a shift differential

Working Conditions:
This role is based at a machine shop with regular exposure to noise, dust, fumes, solvents, oils, and detergents.
