As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our Quality Control team to ensure every part in our inventory meets ENDOCORP's rigorous quality standards. We seek a skilled QC Technician to join our team, contributing directly to the hands-on inspection and testing required to meet our ambitious production and quality goals.

Position Overview:

The Parts Quality Control Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of ENDOCORP's extensive inventory of medical parts. This role ensures that all parts meet ENDOCORP’s stringent ISO 9001:2015 quality standards before reaching our customers. The Parts QC Technician will work closely with the Parts Division Leader to inspect, test, and document part quality while supporting inventory management initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and mission-driven environment, where your contributions directly impact patient care worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Work-In-Progress (WIP) and finished inventory for non-conformities and defects, using microscopic and visual inspection techniques.
  • Perform air and water leak tests, electronic component testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct material inspections for metal and plastic parts using precise methodologies.
  • Achieve Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals by managing assigned production bins effectively while balancing daily orders and planned scheduled orders throughout the year.
  • Maintain Stock Levels: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure minimum stock levels are consistently maintained to meet company requirements and customer demand.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure parts meet ISO 9001:2015 standards by following documented inspection protocols.
  • Validate model and quantities on work orders by validating to our catalog, prior to inspection.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and inventory teams to implement corrective actions when necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Manage documentation, including ENDOCORP processes and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
  • Maintain detailed inspection instructions and record detailed inspection data using company document management software.

Production Targets:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals by managing assigned production bins effectively while balancing daily orders and planned scheduled orders throughout the year.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Objectives:

  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that 100% of inspected parts meet ENDOCORP’s rigorous quality benchmarks.
  • Process Efficiency: Complete inspections within designated timeframes without compromising quality.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Achieve 100% compliance in inspection recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Minimize returns through thorough and consistent quality control measures.
  • Production Goals: Contribute to the timely completion of daily, weekly, and annual production plans while maintaining stock readiness.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Technical certification or relevant coursework in quality assurance or electronics (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality control, electronics testing, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with microscopes and small-part inspection techniques.
  • Your skills under the microscope will be assessed during your interview.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in electronic testing, soldering, and wiring diagram interpretation.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.

    • Starting at $22.00 per hour ($45,760 per year).
