ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a 24/7 manufacturing operation in Grand Prairie, TX. The role supports day-to-day laboratory needs, ensuring timely QC testing and accurate records.

The candidate will follow established procedures and work closely with the QC team to maintain quality standards. The position requires attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and the ability to document results accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Laboratory/manufacturing/quality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written procedures and QWIs.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills to record results.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a manufacturing/laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Support routine QC testing and assist with sample preparation to keep testing on schedule.
• Collect and organize production and raw material samples for accurate testing.
• Enter test results into QC systems and logs to maintain documentation.
• Assist with testing of mortars, thinsets, grouts, sands, and related products following procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized laboratory workstations and comply with safety requirements.

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control team supporting day-to-day laboratory needs for a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-minded mindset, and the ability to follow written procedures—helping ensure timely QC testing and accurate records.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay Range: $20-22/hour

Shift: 11am-9pm or 12-10pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Support routine QC testing and assist with sample preparation to help keep testing on schedule.

• Collect and organize production and raw material samples for accurate, traceable testing.

• Enter test results accurately into QC systems and logs to maintain reliable documentation.

• Assist with testing of mortars, thinsets, grouts, sands, and other products according to established procedures.

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked laboratory workstations while following Quality Work Instructions (QWIs) and safety requirements.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures and QWIs.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills to accurately record results.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a manufacturing/laboratory environment, including physical sample preparation.
