Job Summary

The Quality Control Inspector performs quality checks on the production floor to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor production activities and verify procedures are followed according to specifications.
• Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections of precast/prestress concrete products.
• Document all testing records and inspections accurately and maintain organized records.
• Control the movement of items through various production stages.
• Report deviations and major defects to the Quality Control Manager promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in training and perform hands-on activities as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in QC and/or concrete testing.
• Relevant certifications such as ACI Field Tech I and PCI Level I, II, or III are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings.
• Strong record-keeping skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate is $24.33-$28.99/hr.
