Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure division seeks a hands-on technician to support onsite testing and QC in a busy manufacturing environment. You will perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process components, and final products, ensuring quality and compliance across multiple shifts.

The role requires reading/comprehension of instructions, good teamwork, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Certifications in ACI and NPCA are expected, with opportunities for growth within the CRH

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ACI Field Grade Level I certification required.
• ACI Strength Technician Level I certification required.
• NPCA PQS I certification required.
• NPCA PQS II QC/QA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Assist with strip, setup, and pouring of products.
• Report to management on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
