Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a quality technician to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products in an indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include compressive strength testing, pour inspections, and monitoring production operations. The role requires a high school diploma, ACI certifications, NPCA PQS qualifications, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. CRH offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Must have basic reading and writing ability and be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to follow simple instructions and perform tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry is required.

Mansioni

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Assist when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of products.
• Report to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. This individual will be performing routine tests as required on raw materials, in process components and final product.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ACI Field Grade Level I
• ACI Strength Technician Level I
• NPCA PQS I
• NPCA PQS II QC/QA
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day
