Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking Quality Control Technicians for a long-term contract-to-hire position in Ontario, CA. The role focuses on quality inspections, data recording, and adherence to GMP.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Comfortable around production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections according to established quality standards and specifications
• Use basic measuring tools (scale, ruler, micrometer, thermometer) to perform tests
• Calculate averages and data ranges using basic math skills
• Document inspection results clearly and report discrepancies to supervisors
• Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Prepare samples for sensory or analytical testing (weighing, mixing, labeling)
• Perform routine lab tests (water activity, pH, viscosity, etc.)
