Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Quality Control Tech II to join the team on the first shift in Kentucky. The role emphasizes inspecting and testing materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.

You will maintain accurate documentation, support QA investigations, and assist with corrective actions while utilizing data-entry systems and Excel. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm with minimal overtime.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• High school degree or GED preferred
• Experience with Excel and record keeping preferred
• Prior experience with quality systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspects and tests samples of raw materials and product to verify quality.
• Maintains proper and accurate documentation in all stages of inspection including non-conformity reports.
• Assists during quality system audits at the facility.
• Implements corrective action plan as directed when quality problems are detected.
• Assists QE with quality investigations (NCM, customer complaints, CAPA).
• Maintains equipment maintenance schedule and ensures compliance.
