Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control team member to support testing, inspection, and documentation of materials and products. You will assist with audits, maintain records, and help implement corrective actions to uphold regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with QE and QA teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Experience with Excel and record keeping preferred.
• Prior experience with quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks in compliance with laws and company safety standards.
• Assist with training department staff.
• Maintain inventory counts in QA areas and process return vendor forms.
• Inspect and test samples of raw materials and products for quality.
• Document inspection results and non-conformity reports.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality problems.
• Maintain retention files and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Communicate changes to QE guidelines and assist in quality investigations.
• Assist the Quality Manager with projects and follow quality directives.
• Operate computers for data entry and reporting; understand product components.
