Job summary

DC Machine is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect and measure in-process and finished goods using calibrated tools in Lexington, KY. You will document results and ensure parts meet quality standards while adhering to procedures and ISO guidelines.

You will perform First Article Inspections, random in-process checks, and generate QA records. Strong communication with production and data analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years in quality inspection or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs and forms.
• Ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and components using approved methods and tools.
• Perform First Article Inspections and report results to support manufacturing.
• Provide in-process inspections to verify QC requirements are met.
• Communicate quality status and issues to production and management.
• Analyze data to decide certify or reject products and document results.
