Job summary

Stealth Products LLC is hiring a Team Lead – Quality Department in Burnet, TX to drive corrective actions, improve processes, and uphold quality performance. The role oversees inspectors, coordinates QA activities, reviews records and mentors staff for compliant testing and documentation.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with measurement tools are required to sustain product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 4 years of experience in a quality control environment.
• Must have 2 years of experience supervising at least 5 staff members.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Represent department supervisor and/or manager in a professional manner
• Provide process and/or product related liaison support between team members and other departments
• Direct employees on inspection and testing, to assure company policies, procedures, processes, and FDA regulations are followed
• Maintain records and review weekly to ensure they are completed correctly using GDP.
• Ensure supervisor/manager is aware of requests or inquiries from other departments
• Provide first line of defense for process related issues
• Review quality instructions, specifications, and production schedules to determine the best method of conducting inspections and tests
• Coach team members in the skills needed to perform work in a quality and cost-effective manner
• Perform on-the-job training in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct a daily review of nonconforming product
• Maintain and update the deviation log and files
• Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform necessary corrective action
• Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
