You will train and assign tasks, prioritize rush orders, and ensure on-time shipping while maintaining 5S standards and a safe, organized workplace.

• Lead, train, and assign daily tasks to the QC finishing and grouping team members.
• Prioritize rush orders and tight deadlines to ensure on-time shipping.
• Inspect finished pieces against approved proofs for stitch quality, thread breaks, registration, color accuracy, backing, and overall finish.
• Ensure team members verify order specs (design, quantity, size, color) against work orders, and label items for packaging.
• Catch defects early, pull non-conforming items, and communicate with operators and supervisors to correct issues at the machine level.
• Monitor and report daily output metrics, defect rates, rework, and inventory shortages.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working area following 5S principles.
• Step in to assist with hands-on inspection and grouping when needed.
