Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC is seeking a Quality Control Team Lead (1st Shift) in Ellabell, GA. This full-time role focuses on supervising equipment operators and staff, ensuring safety and process efficiency, and evaluating performance to meet targets.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and experience in distribution or automotive warehousing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver's License required.
Minimum of one year of distribution or warehouse experience, preferably in automotive environment.
Minimum of one year of sit-down forklift experience.
Basic to moderately difficult math operations required.
Must complete in-house forklift certification class and test.
Previous experience using scanners and WMS preferred.
Must maintain certification and participate in recertification per SOPs.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Support the OS in management of equipment operators and team members.
Monitor and evaluate worker performance and safety targets.
Participate in safety initiatives and assist with training.
Learn IVELES systems and scanning processes for each department.
Facilitate communication between TM's and management.
Resolve conflicts between team members.
May be assigned various tasks based on business needs.
Ensure team members are trained and performing assigned positions.
May work with forklifts, tuggers, driving, part install and vehicle loading.
Follow SOPs, SWIS, and safety requirements; understand process flow and customer requirements.
