Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC in Ellabell, GA, is hiring a Full Time Senior Operator to help process vehicles for delivery and ensure they meet our standards before leaving the facility. You will follow SOP and SWIS, train teammates, and support safety initiatives while performing tasks with forklifts, vehicle loading, and QC checks.

• Handle additional duties as assigned to support VPC operations.
• Resolve conflicts between team members and facilitate communication.
• Learn IVELES systems and scanning processes for each department.
• Ensure training and competency of team members.
• Understand and follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties to support VPC operations.
• Understand process flow and next customer requirements.

About the Role:

Be a part of our rapidly expanding startup team by taking on the role of Team Lead at GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC. This position will support the processing of vehicles for delivery and ensuring they are to standard before leaving the facility. Team Lead will be trained to our Standard Operating Procedures in their assigned departments to provide a smooth flow of vehicles at VPC. We are in search of skilled individuals with excellent interpersonal abilities, a comprehensive grasp of equipment operating, and a dedication to enhancing the overall success of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform job assignments according to SOP and SWIS instructions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of workers, ensuring targets and safety standards
• Participate and support safety initiatives, assist with training team members.
• May work with forklifts, tuggers, driving, part install, vehicle loading, processing and QC checks on regular basis.
• May be assigned various tasks based on work area for business needs.
• Resolve conflicts that may arise between team members.
• Facilitate communication between TM's and management.
• Learn IVELES systems and scanning processes for each department you work in.
• Ensure team members are adequately trained and performing their assigned positions.
• Understand and carry out all SOP's, SWIS, and safety requirements per instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support VPC operations.
• Must understand process flow and next customer requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist with safety audits as needed.
• Assist with training of new staff on quality standards.
• Report issues as needed to management to remain vigilant in containment.
• Communicate issues and concerns with management in a timely or urgent manner.
• This position is required to fill in where needed, including but not limited to all supporting positions.
• May be required to assist in vehicle driving in urgent circumstances to meet objectives.

The hourly payrate for the QC Team Lead is $26.80 an hour. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
