Qualifications

• Experience supervising quality inspection in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Quality Control Inspectors in daily inspection activities.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure quality across the product lifecycle.
• Understand manufacturing, materials, test and design engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement and production excellence in a fast-paced program.
• Manage competing priorities and lead teams effectively.
