• Coordinate with manufacturing, external labs, and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through capacity planning and metrics.
• Ensure training of QC personnel and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage change control processes and budgets for stability studies.
• Maintain records, reports, and protocols.
• Occasional QC testing as needed.
