Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a department responsible for testing and timely release of in-process, intermediate, and final products. The role ensures cGMP compliance and coordination with manufacturing, external labs, and project teams.

The position involves directing QC testing, staff development, and data integrity using Chromeleon, SAP, LIMS, FileMaker Pro, and scheduling tools. Expected to drive continuous improvement and budget coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related life science
• 5+ years experience in a cGMP analytical environment
• 2+ years management or supervision experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the QC team to meet deadlines while preserving quality and safety.
• Oversee routine and non-routine QC testing and compile technical reports.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory requirements, and proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate budgets for stability studies and product release.
• Support inspections and cross-functional collaboration across Madison/Verona sites.
