Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC in Duncan, SC is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee incoming raw materials, 3rd party products, and finished goods, ensuring strict adherence to the QMS and shipping quality.

The role partners with Materials Management and Manufacturing Management to drive upstream quality, perform audits, maintain calibration records, generate monthly metrics, and lead CAPA/SCAR activities while mentoring a quality-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection/audit of raw materials and/or 3rd party products. Work with Materials Management on continuously improving incoming quality.
• Reduce dependency on 100% of detailed incoming inspections by validating processes through routine audits.
• Perform audits of outgoing products/shipments to improve shipping quality.
• Schedule & maintain records for calibration of equipment meeting QMS requirements; coordinate with Manufacturing Management.
