Job summary

AFL is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Duncan, SC, responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and outgoing shipments. This role will collaborate with various management teams to enhance quality processes and perform essential inspections and audits.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and excellent communication skills. This work is in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection/audit of raw materials and/or 3rd party products.
• Work with Materials Management to improve incoming quality.
• Conduct audits of outgoing products/shipments.
• Manage calibration records of equipment.
• Drive quality upstream by validating processes through routine audits.
• Demonstrate leadership by ensuring compliance with Quality and QMS procedures.
