Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related or laboratory experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environment and with TrackWise and LIMS.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate daily QC laboratory activities, schedules, and workloads to support testing and production requirements.
• Oversee laboratory testing, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with procedures, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Review quality results and support product disposition, lot release, and resolution of quality concerns.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve compliance issues and maintain documentation.
• Monitor laboratory performance indicators, quality trends, and defects; prepare reports for management.
• Maintain laboratory procedures and documentation; support change controls and quality investigations; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide floor support to manufacturing teams; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support customer complaint investigations and periodic quality data reviews.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop team members; coordinate activities across departments.
• Use laboratory systems (LIMS, TrackWise) and related software to support quality operations.
