Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control for the GA Social Circle facility. The role oversees QC analysis across biological and chemical testing, ensuring products meet regulatory and quality requirements.

Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, with extensive supervisory duties and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering and 5+ years of lab experience, preferably in GMP environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related or laboratory experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with TrackWise and LIMS is required.
• Prior supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate daily QC laboratory activities, schedules, and workloads.
• Oversee laboratory testing, inspections, and documentation for compliance.
• Review quality results and support disposition and investigations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop team members; ensure clear communication.
• Use LIMS, TrackWise, EBM and related systems to support quality operations.
