Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven years of laboratory experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment with GMP and 9CFR.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and production processes.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of all QC testing and prioritize workload.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality guidelines and regulatory agencies.
• Define equipment maintenance and calibrations; manage capital requests.
• Assist in personnel management including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional QC initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Act as SME for QC techniques and review production documentation.
