Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily QC inspection activities across manufacturing, ensuring ASME code compliance and supplier specifications. You will supervise inspectors, coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality management, drive NCRs and CAPA, and mentor staff while supporting domestic and international facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical education preferred.
• 3–5 years in quality control in manufacturing, welding, or related field.
• Experience with ASME BPVC and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily QC Inspectors and inspections.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign inspection activities to support schedules.
• Oversee inspection and testing for ASME Code and non‑Code products.
• Ensure products meet ASME Codes, drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Review inspection reports, material certifications, and weld documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with Authorized Inspectors and third‑party agencies.
• Manage calibration program for inspection equipment and gauges.
• Identify nonconformances and NCRs; drive corrective actions.
• Mentor and develop QC staff; promote safe, compliant practices.
