Job summary

LHH is recruiting for a Quality Control Supervisor in Wallingford, CT. This hands-on role supports quality operations across multiple nearby plants, with strong exposure to DOT requirements, concrete testing, audits, and QC documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA/QC for precast or related manufacturing, knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO methods, and familiarity with PCI/NPCA standards. The role offers growth into management and a competitive benefits package, including relocation assistance

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA/QC in precast concrete or related manufacturing.
• Experience with DOT documentation and audits.
• Knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO test methods.
• Ability to review concrete test data and identify quality issues.
• PCI/NPCA standards a plus.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I preferred or obtainable within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role supporting quality operations across multiple plants.
• Provide exposure to DOT requirements, concrete testing, audits, and QC documentation.
• Review data and identify strength/quality issues.
• Assist in maintaining QC records and reports.

LHH is recruiting for a Quality Control Supervisor with a growing precast concrete manufacturer in Wallingford, CT. This is a hands-on role supporting quality operations across multiple nearby plants, with strong exposure to DOT requirements, concrete testing, audits, and QC documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in precast concrete, construction materials, or related manufacturing
• Experience with DOT/transportation agency documentation and audits
• Knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO test methods
• Ability to review concrete test data and identify quality/strength issues
• Experience with PCI and/or NPCA standards is a plus
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 3 months
