Investigate defects or quality issues that were not detected during inspection and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Review approved deviations and ensure their requirements are understood, properly implemented, and verified.

Establish, monitor, and report quality key performance indicators (KPIs).

Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective communication among Quality team members.

Ensure accurate and complete shift handoffs, including the communication and follow-up of open quality issues and production priorities.

Attend daily shipment meetings and take appropriate action to support shipment requirements.

Communicate with and follow up with other departments when Final Quality Control does not receive assemblies within the required shipment-plan cutoff times.

Review and approve employee timecards daily.

Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
