Job summary

Signia Aerospace seeks a Quality Inspector Supervisor to oversee daily inspection, testing, and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.

You will lead a small team of inspectors/technicians, maintain documentation, report non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with SOAR values.

Qualifications

• Some lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Typically requires 3+ years of quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises daily inspection, testing, and quality control activities to ensure products and processes meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Oversees a small team of quality inspectors or technicians, maintains quality documentation, reports non-conformances, and supports compliance with established quality procedures and operational standards.
