Job summary

Signia Aerospace is seeking a motivated individual to join our customer support team in Montgomery, AL. You will act as the first point of contact, answer routine inquiries, and deliver consistent service experiences under supervision.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Provides front-line customer support by responding to routine inquiries, resolving basic issues, and delivering consistent service experiences under close supervision. Builds foundational knowledge of company products, services, systems, and customer service processes while learning standard procedures and performance expectations.

Requirements
Education and Experience
