Job summary

Signia Aerospace is seeking a quality supervisor to lead daily inspection, testing, and QC activities, ensuring products and processes meet requirements. You will oversee a small team of inspectors, maintain documentation, report nonconformances, and support compliance with procedures.

The role requires 3+ years in quality, inspection, or manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises daily inspection, testing, and quality control activities to ensure products and processes meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Oversees a small team of quality inspectors or technicians, maintains quality documentation, reports non-conformances, and supports compliance with established quality procedures and operational standards.
