LINK Staffing has partnered with awell-established manufacturer in the Katy area and is actively recruiting for an experiencedQuality Control Supervisor to lead and support a growing team.

We're Hiring: QC Supervisor – $30-$33/hr | Katy, TX

Location: Katy, TX

Pay Rate:$30-$33/hour

Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor new and existing QC technicians
  • Troubleshoot at the component level across multiple product lines
  • Oversee daily workflow for QC Inspectors
  • Review, resolve, and report on quality issues and preventive actions
  • Perform mechanical and visual inspections to engineering specs
  • Write and maintain work instructions and inspection procedures
  • Conduct internal audits and supplier quality audits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 5S and safety coaching
  • Collaborate with internal departments and occasionally interface with customers
  • Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of QC or related experience
  • Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools (DMMs, current clamps, hand tools)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ISO 9001 experience preferred
  • Limited travel as needed
