Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Start Date: ASAP (June/July 2025)

Duration: 6 months (40 hours/week, potential to extend)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our digital team and ensure the flawless performance of our eCommerce and CMS-driven websites. This role is central to launching high-quality features, validating customer journeys, and supporting major site enhancements from sprint through go-live.

The Role:

• QA New Features: Perform manual and/or automated testing for new site functionality, UX updates, and CMS enhancements in each sprint cycle.
• Lead UAT for Launches: Coordinate and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles 4–6 weeks before go-live—tracking, reporting, and verifying all issues and fixes.
• Build QA Documentation: Write clear test plans, test cases, and results documentation based on technical specs and business requirements.
• Track & Triage Bugs: Log and prioritize bugs using JIRA (or similar), ensuring clarity in reproduction steps, severity, and regression tracking.
• Support Integrations: Validate third-party tools, analytics tags, and dataLayer implementations.
• Collaborate Daily: Attend standups, sprint planning, and QA checkpoints to stay aligned with dev, product, and design teams.

The Requirements:

• 3+ years of QA experience, focused on responsive web and eCommerce testing.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, shopping flows, search/filter UX, and customer interaction paths.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development cycles and sprint-based QA planning.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail—you document clearly and think like a user.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or other enterprise eComm platforms.

This role will pay up to $60 per hour, fully remote working, 40 hours per week, 6 month minimum with high likelihood of extension.
