A.O. Smith in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead QA activities ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
You will supervise Quality Technicians/Analysts, coordinate with production and other departments, and drive corrective actions through audits and data analysis. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in Quality with 2-3 years in leadership, plus knowledge of ISO 9000 and SAP-QM.

Plans, directs, and maintains a quality system to assure that all products manufactured by the organization meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels. Supervises the work and procedures relating to purchased material, in-process material, and finished material to assure quality standards are achieved.
